I’m not sure what do to I’ve done everything the internet has said and everything Snapchat told me to do. I have years worth of memories that nobody else has of me and my sister that passed and I just wanna be able to get in n get those as well as have my account back. And I’ve read that Snapchat can ban you from using it ever again on this device what does that even mean? I need help. But when I go to unlock it after 24hrs it still wouldn’t let me unlock it.
I’ve emailed snap n they send me the same thing. Others may need to wait a while and try again before unlocking and regaining access. But I haven’t violated any rules or anything.
